Hi family,
This week I’ve felt called to let go.
I’ve been holding onto old clothes, memories and beliefs that from my current point of awareness, feel tattered, old and energetically misaligned.
Entering my closet and seeing a jacket I wore 10 years ago, I can feel the energy of who I was when I first wore it.
A wide-eyed girl, hopeful, full of life and excited for who she’s becoming.
Her rose colored glasses and naivete shielded her from the realities of life while her determination and free-spirit forged her forward into territories unknown.
She didn’t know the lengths her parents had gone to shelter her from the truth of the world she lived in. She didn’t know fear, only possibility and optimism for the life she envisioned in her mind.
“No”, was not a reality for her. Whatever she wanted, she believed she could have and she always succeeded in getting it. Her parents, whose own dreams were deferred, taught her that anything was possible for her, if she believed.
While some old clothing holds memories like these, I see others that reflect another reality—one where that same girl encountered some of her most challenging moments in life.
Moments that brought her to her knees, stuck wearing the same comfort sweatshirt for days in bed, crying, wondering and worrying if she’d ever recover.
In those moments, she wondered if the life she envisioned was just a fairytale she’d imagined to escape the hell she was living. She wondered if the life she believed she could have was even real.
And for a little while, she stopped believing—until she was transformed.
Eternal Flame
There’s always been something inside of me, that despite my external reality, believed more was possible for me.
It’s a feeling that in my darkest moments whispers, “This isn’t it for you. Keep going.”
I’ve relied on God—the Universe within me—to be my guide and I’ve learned to surrender to an energy that I can feel, but certainly can’t see.
For me, it’s the definition of true faith—to be guided by your inner knowing instead of what you can see.
When I surrendered, became still and went within, I was given a clear vision for what I believe is my purpose here on Earth.
At first I was excited—thrilled even—and then I encountered my first experience with fear.
I felt overwhelmed by and under qualified for the vision given to me.
What if I’m not good enough?
What if I fail?
What if…this isn’t real?
When you’re given a vision for your life, and you don’t see anyone around you living life the way you see it, it’s difficult to know whether or not you’re on the right path if your connection to self and source isn’t solid.
Every insecurity I’d buried beneath my lifetime of academic and career accomplishments was now boiling to the surface.
Partly because of this I spent years, and $100,000, following my vision, with half faith, half belief and a whole lot of fear.
The other part I learned is that I have a 3/6 profile in Human Design which means I’m specifically designed to learn through trial and error—yay. More on this later.
Before I learned my unique design, I pedestilized others who had the version of success I thought I wanted and I believed they had the secrets to life.
It wasn’t until I began connecting with the people I admired and going behind the scenes, I realized most of it was a ruse.
Their success wasn’t built on truth—it was built on illusions, lies, manipulation, and outdated power structures that weren’t aligned with who I was or the energy that was guiding me.
After this discovery I felt completely lost. Everything I thought I knew was no longer true. I still had my vision and felt my calling, but I had no clue how to get there. A veil had been lifted and I began to learn the realities of life and business.
At the time there was no roadmap or guide for people who were seeking a different life—one that was rooted in freedom, peace, alignment, truth and inner guidance without power games or institutionalized religion.
I imagined a life that felt free of societal conditioning, performance and soul draining ways of working. I wanted a life that was well resourced financially—safe and stable—but also allowed me to feel free mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Every coach I found was rooted in materialistic metrics of success—new cars, six figure months, “elite” social circles, and the “sleep when you’re dead” mentality. Or, hyper religious and toxic Christianity rooted in shame.
They all teach the same thing—hustle, work harder, sacrifice and feel less. Or, follow Jesus through me and find your prosperity.
I found myself on a bridge between two worlds, attempting to blend in and follow the paths of success laid before me, but it never felt quite right.
I was still learning how to follow my unique path while others who played the game well were already winning.
Slowly, I felt my soul begin to die.
My light was dimming and the hope I once had was beginning to fade.
In an attempt to hold onto joy, I found solace in becoming a martyr for others through service in my business and personal relationships.
I overgave, over committed and prioritized the needs of others over myself.
Subconsciously I believed that my value was in saving others—that my ability to transform or “fix” the problems of others is what made me successful.
I undercharged, formed one-sided and unequally yoked friendships and partnerships and eventually, I found myself living a life I’d worked hard to avoid.
Materially I was successful, but I’d given my power away to people, places and things outside of me. Energetically, I was bankrupt.
I felt like everything I’d built and sacrificed was in vain, and that maybe, the life I envisioned wasn’t possible for me.
Even so, there was still a light within me, that although dimmed, refused to extinguish. That light, I believe, is Source living within me.
Following the Path Unseen
It’s always there, guiding me in the right direction, and even when I don’t understand, showing me something I need to see.
I’ve journaled every step of my life since I was 8 years old. And now, I’m on my third major life transformation.
This time, I’m fully letting go. No longer on the bridge between worlds, I’ve fully chosen to follow my unique path.
I have enough journals, life experience and data on my human experience to see the patterns that exist when you’re being guided by a higher power to fulfill a life purpose—a mission.
What I’ve learned is that in order to step into full alignment with your purpose, you must transform.
This means letting go, fully, of who you used to be, and following the unseen path of who you’re becoming.
It means staying on the path even if you have to walk alone, and despite what it looks like to others.
Only you can see, and most importantly feel your vision. Only you can fuel your light within.
That light within is your compass, ready to guide you when you decide to stop saving others and instead, decide to save yourself.
Letting go to Quantum Leap
The energy of the girl I was, is being transformed into the woman I’m becoming.
This woman, this new version of me, looks different. She carries herself differently, dresses differently and has different beliefs.
Now, when I look at my closet, I see the life of someone who no longer belongs to me.
This is what a quantum shift looks and feels like.
When you hear the word “quantum,” you might think of physics or science—but here, we’re talking about a shift in frequency, not formulas.
A "quantum leap" is a term from quantum physics describing an instantaneous jump from one energy level to another—without passing through the space between. In identity work, this refers to a rapid shift in self-perception and behavior that bypasses linear, step-by-step transformation.
A quantum shift isn’t about working harder. It’s about aligning so deeply with a new version of yourself that old patterns no longer hold power.
A quantum identity shift happens when you no longer make decisions based on fear, obligation, or old timelines. You begin choosing from resonance—what feels aligned, grounded, clear—even if the path doesn’t match what others expect.
And here’s something important: Clarity doesn’t come first. Resonance does.
When you wait for perfect clarity before moving, you’re still outsourcing your power to logic and fear. But when you choose from resonance—from “this just feels right even if I can’t explain it”—you collapse time. You begin embodying a future version of you now.
Imagine a child who suddenly decides she’s not afraid of the dark anymore — not because someone taught her all the science behind light, but because she chooses to believe she’s safe. That choice instantly shifts her behavior. She walks into the room with confidence. That’s a quantum identity shift.
In this framework, your Future Self isn’t a fantasy. She’s a frequency you can align with. And the more you act from her state—not from who you’ve been—the faster the shift happens.
This is quantum identity work. It’s not linear. It’s not always comfortable. But it’s the fastest way to become the woman you know you already are.
Ascension
Most of my life, I’ve been in the “spiritual closet”, studying different religious texts and testing theories from metaphysicians like Neville Goddard, Florence Scovel Shinn and Napoleon Hill—exploring the meaning of the human experience and the possibilities of shifting between realities through identity consciousness.
Over the last 10 years I’ve explored my own mind, researched, studied and practiced identity shifting using neuroscience, metaphysics, quantum shifting and spiritual practices like meditation, hemi-sync and plant medicine.
I’ve also followed many good-natured, conscious celebrities and thought leaders who speak to their power and methods of success. I’ve studied their interviews, books and beliefs—and I found a common thread.
These threads happen to match those I’ve seen in my own life and the patterns were undeniable.
They all speak to connecting to Source within, and having a spiritual practice that positions you as a co-creator, not a bystander, of your reality.
I believe we’re seeing this possibility revealed in movies as well—Everything, Everywhere All At Once and the Marvel multiverses touch on this concept to name a few.
One of my gifts is trend and pattern recognition. I have a powerful ability to connect dots and common threads that others can’t always see—yet.
This came in handy when I was working in corporate fashion for predicting trends, and has served me well in business to stay ahead of cultural shifts that impact consumer behavior and therefore how we do business.
It’s also been beneficial in my self mastery to see when I’ve been stuck in loops of misaligned thought patterns and behavior that were delaying me from reaching the fulfillment of my vision.
With my Human Design profile as a 3 Martyr/6 Role Model, my life is my primary case study. My purpose is to share with others what I learn about the human experience throughout my lifetime, not as a coach, but as a guide.
I’ve developed strategies that have contributed to $140M in revenue, achieved my own personal sales records of $220K in 6 months working retail and started a business with zero experience that as of today has generated almost half a million in revenue as a team of one.
On the other hand, I’ve explored my deepest shadows, confronted my biggest fears, insecurities and faced my darkness within. I’ve secretly studied self mastery, dozens of personal development methods and taken every personality test out there in the name of self discovery.
I’ve connected to the Source with me, explored the depths of hell within my mind and learned how to alchemize my pain into power while navigating the balance between living in this world, but not being of it.
Since my first trips to Jamaica, Spain and South Africa at the age of 14 as a young girl in boarding school, I’ve since traveled to at least 25 countries and 5 continents. I’ve studied other cultures and their ways of living—adopting practices from each to design my own intentional and healthy life.
Along with forward thinking clients, family and friends who’ve trusted me enough to listen to my guidance and try my methods behind-the-scenes over many years, I’ve developed and trialed my own frameworks for designing an aligned life and business.
Between my 15 years of retail, corporate product development, sales, marketing and operations strategy, global travel, cultural study and 36 years of trial and error as a human, I’ve created something unique that lives at the intersections of spirituality, energy and strategy.
It allows each person to follow their own unique path without performing and hustling, but instead, creating the life and business they envision with alignment and ease.
My methods are something that I believe the world needs, because I needed it too, and I’m excited to share more about it soon.
In the meantime, I’m purging my closets, both physically and spiritually—getting rid of the old, and letting go, so the next version of me can arrive with ease.
In this season, instead of repeating the same loops, I’m choosing to Ascend.
More soon.
